CyberArk is looking for customers to test our new AI-driven chatbot to help influence product design and development throughout 2024.

Feedback Process:

  • Step 1: Please complete the form on this page to get access to CyberArk’s AI Playground.
  • Step 2: Once in CyberArk’s AI Playground, click on the AI Bot icon. Select the thumbs up or thumbs down and add a comment. Remember to be as descriptive as possible. Feedback can be added throughout multiple interactions directly in the chatbot.

  • Step 3: Click submit once your comments are completed and you will see that comment has been sent to our Product Management Team. Provide as much information and as many comments as you can!

Feedback Criteria:

  • Provide detailed descriptions of any bugs or issues encountered with the bot, including steps to reproduce the problem and the expected vs. actual behavior.
  • Suggest specific feature enhancements or improvements that could enhance the product's usability, functionality, or user experience.
  • Share real-world use cases or scenarios where the product could be improved or extended to better meet your business needs.
  • Be prepared to engage in further discussions or clarifications directly with the product team to help them understand the context and rationale behind your feedback.
